What is your license policy?
When you purchase 1 in 3 Omnichannel packages, you will obtain a license certificate for 1 live site domain & 1 dev site. This license is used to verify your installation of Omnichannel package on registered sites and support request (free of charge for one year). For more information, you can find more details on our License Policy page.
What is your support policy?
We provide you with free support (fix bugs and conflicts) for the 1st year after purchase. This service covers bugs & conflicts fixing. If you want to integrate our Omnichannel solution with other 3rd party's system, it will be a customization request and handled differently.
After this 1-year period, if you want to continue using our support service, a yearly extra fee will required. Please contact our sales agents to get more info.
If I don't satisfy with your solution, can I get a refund?
Within 365 days since the date of purchase, if you don't satisfy with our solution in any ways, you can request a full refund for the package purchased. Please note that the refund policy is not applied to our services, including support, installation, customization & implementation.
I only need some features in Growth & Scale packages, can I get them separatedly?
Unfortunately it's not possible to do so. Our solution is developed as 3 separate packages without extra plugins. Thus, some advanced features are only available in the Growth or Scale plan. For unused features, you can easily disable them in backend. If you concern about the function set and not sure which plan to choose, please consult with our sales to get better advices.
What's the difference between 3 pricing plans?
Besides the differences in functions as you can see in the plan comparison above, Starter & Growth plans are native solutions for Magento and one-time payment only. Scale plan is cloud-based system and will be billed yearly.
Do I need to pay extra fee when your solution updates?
We offer Free Lifetime Update for our customers. It means that when the Omnichannel solution has any new changes, you will obtain the new features of your purchased package without any extra fee.
Please note that our updates are independent with Magento updates. If you want to move from Magento 1.x version to Magento 2.x version, the migration fee will be required.
