- 1 Project kickoff
You will be introduced to the Project Team to discuss the entire plan, define the timeline, and resolve any concerns you might have about the project

Once your project workplan is finalized, the implementation process will begin. You’ll receive the implementation results on a weekly basis.
- 3 Staging site
You prepare your Staging site and the Project Team will deploy code, set up master data & configure the solution on your Staging site.

Please clone a Dev Site with the exact setting as your expected Live Site and send the below information to our support system.
- Website Domain,
- Path link and Admin Account to your Magento backend,
- FTP and SSH access information with full permission to view/edit/save/execute at source code folder on your dev site.
Please note that the sooner the information works, the quicker the Project can start. Otherwise, it may lead to delay in the finish date because Magestore will have no choice but support other customers in the waiting line as first come first serve.
Yes. Magestore includes Implementation service as part of all POS solutions. This means when you purchase any POS solution plan by Magestore, we will install and configure settings on 01 live site and 01 test site
The implementation duration varies depending on your purchased package & how complex your business is.
We have a clear implementation procedure to follow. Upon receiving your implementation request, our Account Manager will examine your business and provide a time estimation. We will give our best efforts to finish your request at the soonest.

Sure! Our products are 100% open-source. Hence, its code is open for you to access and edit the way you want it to. We will try to answer all your questions during implementation.
However, please note that the process of fixing arisen issues can be more difficult as Magestore is totally passive in both the human allocation and changes that you have made on our POS, which may cause some unexpected delays.
Also, Magestore owns the copyright of our products. This means you cannot use our code for commercial purposes without Magestore’s permission.
