How do I know if I need your Success Service or not?

What're the differences between this success pack & normal installation service?
Installation service is one of many privileges offered in our success package (normally it's another paid service). Besides from that, our dedicated team even assists you in configure settings, analyzing how to adapt the solution into your current business and training other end-users.
What're the differences between this success pack & normal support service?
Normally, when purchasing one of our Omnichannel packages, you will have 1-year free support with 24-hour SLA commitment (all questions are responded within 24 hours). The support is normally provided via email and occationally via team viewer or live chat.
All of these are still included in our success package but better. The response time is faster (16 hours) and we also assist you in configure settings, analyzing how to adapt the solution into your current business and training other end-users.
What's kinds of training do you offer in this package?

I want some custom development, is it included in the implementation package?
