running and need a POS solution for it. The Magento ecosystem has its own quirks and
problems, which may not be for everyone, but Magestore support is really helpful to not only
provide a fully featured software package, but to assist the customer with every problem
they might be facing, and to make sure the customer needs are fully met. They might even be
doing custom code if you're willing to pay for it. Magestore is doing a great job at
providing exceptional support. Just make sure you're communicating on the Slack channel they
provide, and you will be happy with short response times and a very friendly and supportive
staff. Their business analyst Sarah Dinh is always so friendly and happy, while at the same
time being very competent and professional and making sure we actually get what we need.

came time to have a multiple warehouse setup and better CRM tools, we had to upgrade to M2
to access Magestore's new features. The migration process was a bit challenging because
Amasty wouldn't provide sufficient access to their production environment, but Magestore did
their best dealing with constraints. They went above and beyond in helping to resolve issues
that were not a result of their module. We'll be purchasing their extended support package
for sure.

We have to add our case with Magestore and would like to change review rating from 21th Dec 2021. Because of no possibility to regain access to used account, we have to write this new review. Magestore, especially Mike, Jessie and Piu, just made an effort to make us happy again and to solve every bug we reported. Even we had some UX requirements communicated very late, they have made just for us an individual package. After sale support is very good, even it's tough at if all requirements and stakeholders are known from beginning, I can imagine that work with Magestore is great. With SLACK group they provide and possibility for escalations you always know what actually is going on. I’d recommend Magestore as POS Add-On for Magento 2 to others i.e. Especially V2 version looks great and has even more possibilities like user behavior tracking and so on... Keep on doing great work!

Magestore recommended for Magento implementation and support
Magestore implemented a POS and Online Orders for our Staff Shop. Their team are very knowledgeable and experienced with their product, quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had some customisations to introduce Staff Allowance, plus Sales Order and Stock integration with our ERP system. Although we have some issues still to resolve, these are difficult to diagnose due to the number of internal support teams involved within our own organisation and do not reflect on Magestore support which is always available, responsive, and reasonably priced. Magestore should be high on your list if you're planning a Magento implementation.
