Seepossible syncs online and in-store sales with customized solution
Seepossible Innovative Solutions LLP is an India digital agency of people passionate about digital commerce.
Their focus is intelligent digital experiences to make retail more relevant, engaging, and interactive for consumers. Seepossible helps brands evolve their business with customized Omnichannel implementations and solutions.
Now they are implementing Magestore POS for a client from the jewelry industry with 3 warehouses and 5500 SKUs.
Dealing with separate systems
Before Magestore POS, Seepossible’s client didn’t have a single system controlling online and offline sales, along with inventory data.
Their systems were separate and lacked communication with one another, making it hard to manage sales channels efficiently. In addition, inventory levels were not synced in real-time across the systems.
The early systems were also SaaS based, with limited scope of customization.
It was up to Jeet Palavwala, Managing Partner and Founder at Seepossible, to look for a solution that would help his client overcome the challenges. Having a Magento-native POS system to connect Magento site and physical stores was essential. It was also important that the solution was easy-to-customize and at the same time scalable enough for future expansions.
Crafting a unified solution for omnichannel strategy
The client has come to Seepossible with the expectation of finding a sleek, flexible system suitable for omnichannel-led brand strategy.
“If you are starting from scratch, don’t try to customize everything from day one. Rather utilize all out of the box functionalities and once your business is mature enough with good ROI, invest further but carefully in the solution customization.”
Throughout the consideration process, Jeet Palavwala saw that Magestore POS covered the majority of necessary features to get started. It helped their clients sync online and in-store sales seamlessly.
“Magestore POS is very good and improving continuously as I can see. We liked it already.”
Even better, the POS solution was open source and customizable. Seepossible could customize it further to build the right solution for each client.
