Refund Policy for Magento Services

I. Refund Policies

In consideration of the time involved by Magestore, if at any point you wish to cancel any service in process, all paid fees up to that point in the process are non-refundable.

The non-refundable policy also includes all retainer or deposit fees paid, even if the project has not yet started. Therefore no refunds will be issued for any web development services of any kind (including but not limited to web development, security services, installation, custom extension development, site maintenance, developers for hire, etc if provided services meet predefined specifications).

Any requests for refund subsequent to the completion of any milestone specified within the contract should be made in writing to Magestore. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Any such request shall be made prior to Magestore’s receipt of written or verbal acceptance of the services provided. Should the deposit not cover the time spent on development then additional payment will be due at our standard hourly rates. Specific details will be within your proposal and contract/agreement.

No cancellations are entertained for those Services that Magestore marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

II. Processing of Refunds

Unless stated otherwise within your contract all payments made through credit cards or PayPal will be refunded directly back to the card or PayPal account from which payment was made.

III. Policy Changes

Magestore reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Magestore.com website. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our websites.
