In your website, surely you will have some no-content pages such as: tags page, wishlist, catalog search... To make the Google's bots just follow but not index these pages, you install this extension.

After installing extension, go to System --> Configuration --> Web. You will see the drop down menu Noindex For Non-Content Pages No Index, follow for non-content pages

Choose which type of page you want to apply and save config.
