We’ve been alerted to a phishing scam in Indonesia, where individuals claimed to be from Magento and Magestore to offer telemarketing and online advertising services. They used our website content as their own and an Indonesian address as their office.
These fraudsters would offer to increase your online presence and extort you to pay for their services via WhatsApp.
Magestore is in no way affiliated with these businesses. Please be advised that our office is located in Vietnam, and we will only send communications concerning payment via these official channels:
- Slack
- Skype ID: consulting.magestore
- Emails sent from magestore.com domain such as info@magestore.com
If you come across any suspicious contacts or emails, please forward them to our support channel so we can verify the details and prevent others from being victims to these schemes.
