Magestore is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without Magestore’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.

Upgrades

Magestore do upgrades regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from Magestore will get update for that product by logging in our store and go to My account>My downloadable products. To get updated information please subscribe our newsletter .

Support and bug fixing policy

Magestore offers lifetime support free for all customers that purchase products or use services from us. We will try to fix the bugs at the earliest possible time. To report bugs or complain about our support, please use our ticket system.

Refund policy

We offer 30-day money back guarantee for all of our extensions. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satified with our extension during 30 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system to request refund. All refund requests after 30 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services. You will receive refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.

We do not offer refund policy for Membership fee. Once you purchase a membership plan of Magestore, cancellation is not allowed and you will not receive refund for any reason.

Changes to this privacy policy

Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. Magestore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.

These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 15^th May 2011.
