Maybe your search result page displayed so many simple products, thus you didn't see your configurable products. Could you please send an email of this issue to support@magestore.com? Hi Savan, The reason for your problem is that Instant Search extension didn't find any products. You just need to add some elements to check the condition in this file: app\code\local\Magestore\Instantsearch\controllers\IndexController.php. Hi Deggle, Thank you for your interest in our product. Our Instant Search extension allows displaying the total price for all products. However, if you use Configurable Products, it will not show the prices of child products and only display the price of Configurable Product. Best Regards, Magestore

Hello, You meet this problem because you set the attribute z-index in css of banner to be larger than z-index of Instant Search plugin. Now, you just need to set the attribute z-index for Instant Search again, it will display as you want. Hope you succeed, Magestore

Hi Daan, Maybe you faced this problem because the layout of Instant Search extension didn't rewrite your template. You can resolve it by moving the file app\design\frontend\default\default\layout\instantsearch.xml and folder app\design\frontend\default\default\template\instantsearch from app\frontend\default\default to app\frontend\your_template. Followed the User Guide, cleared my cache, reindexed, logged out and in etc.... Somehow the popup with the products doesn't show. Any idea what's the cause of this problem? Instant search settings are: No, 1, 2, No, Yes, Yes, Search in Both......

Hi Navneet Singh, Yes, Instant Search extension needs time to load all products and fill out search result page. However, you shouldn't configure product result too much when customers search. You can go to your back-end->System->Configuration->Instant Search/Product Limit to limit the product result. Hope you are satisfied with our product, Magestore

I can see only 4 of my products from a particular category showing up in search results. Will it take some time to index all products?

Hi Atul, Magestore Extension Key Management is used to check License key of the module. This is a free extension but license key is still required for it. You just log in your account on magestore.com → My Licensen key and generate the key for your store. Regards, Magestore

I installed this wonderful extension. It works on the default theme. But It doesn't work well on any other theme. Why so? Please provide a solution

I use the free version of Instant Search by Magestore. It works like a dream. When I moved my shop to another hostingservice an error occured in Instant Search. Even though it was not their fault they quickly responded and fixed the problem. That kind of service for free software is a rarity that you don't see much nowadays. Excellent!!!
