Why should use Magento Vtiger?

All web-store owners always look for the best way to manage information of customers. Because a good management system will help them gain insight into the behavior of customers and make reasonable ideas for their web-shops. Understanding that, we released extension Magento Vtiger that allows you to transfer data of customers, products and orders from Magento store to Vtiger CRM system. In addition, the data is synchronized automatically when there is a new order or new customer.

How it works?

Each Magento Vtiger Connector extension contains two modules: Magento Vtiger used for Magento site and Magestore Vtiger for Vtiger CRM system. After installing two modules simultaneously, you are able to easily configure and manage CRM. The Ajax is used to transfer existing-info on your web-store. When sending request to server, Ajax program will ask server to transfer a small quantity of data to Vtiger CRM system. Moreover, if there are any changes of data on Magento web-site such as new order or edited customer the information on Vtiger CRM system will be updated automatically.

• After purchasing, you can download the file at once, license key will be sent to your email. The file that you download normally is a zip file. Unzip it to a folder.
• Use FTP client (like Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload (copy) all folders in the zip package to your Magento site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, it only adds new files to the folder structure.
• After uploading is done, Log in your Magento administration panel to refresh cache. Go to System > Cache Management. Select all caches and take action “Refresh” then Submit.
• Navigate to System > Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly. Remember to put your license key to the License key management so that the module could be activated.
• Now if you get Access denied error when clicking on the extension tab, you need to log out admin panel and log in again.
• Go to front-end and try to process, make sure that everything is OK.
