We regret that we are unable to provide a refund for our installation service as it covers the cost of our developers time which is not recoverable. If you have a technical problem after the installation is complete, please do not delete your store files or database as we will have to charge for another installation service. Most of technical issues can be resolved without reinstalling the module.
