Perfect Extensions
FAQ is good extension to create quick feedback with users. I test FAQ and my opinion is that is perfect toll for B2B users.
Functional and easy to manage
The search function works really well as it also conducts search among the answers. Another plus is the easy management in admin. Before the layout seemed a bit simple, but now it is updated to a new look, and I'm quite delighted.
Must not be lack of this extension
Nice extension! The best support! I searched everywhere for a long time to find out this extension. It is really what i looking for to make my website a perfect improvement. with it, i save more time and market net becomes larger than expected.

Easy to setup
Thanks for this long awaited extension. All large and smaller ecommerce websites should have a FAQ knowledge base about the products the website sells. This extension fits the bill perfectly, simple... but very very effective for both the customer and in the admin area.Personally i only needed a small css edit to change the look of an FAQ page to suite my website and the extension installed without a problem and took only 5 minuets.
My only wish would be... to have the addition of another text field to add a page meta title.
Installation Guide
- After purchasing, you can download the file at once, license key will be sent to your email. The file that you download normally is a zip file. Unzip it to a folder.
- Use FTP client (like Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload (copy) all folders in the zip package to your Magento site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, it only adds new files to the folder structure.
- After uploading is done, Log in your Magento administration panel to refresh cache. Go to System > Cache Management. Select all caches and take action “Refresh” then Submit.
- Navigate to System > Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly. Remember to put your license key to the License key management so that the module could be activated.
- Now if you get Access denied error when clicking on the extension tab, you need to log out admin panel and log in again.
- Go to front-end and try to process, make sure that everything is OK.
