Great but could be a little better.

I really like this extension. To make it better please allow the customer to change there Avatar and see their feedback history from their account page. For an Admin, it would be nice to click on the customer and see there history instead of having to do it straight from the extension. Another great addition is to be able to see statistics for each Topic Type.

It would be even better if like in yelp.com there is another tab called "facebook friends" next to question, praise, report, and idea so people who login via facebook can see what their friends are saying. Coz Friends feedback/review is more valuable than unknown peoples feedback

A lot many customers like to see the previous customers feedback about the overall services of the store as well as its products before proceeding with buying process and if they find a nice platform where they can see the previous buyers comments and feedback then it really doubles their confidence to buy products. A certain recomendation for almost every store.

Hi. I just bought the extension. Minute ago, I was looking for something that connects my customers with Magento. tried and tested a lot other extension - but Community Feedback is all-out-in-the-box. Todays every store must look for customers - they are in social. So this is a best and most valuable connector to Social and Magento. I Recommend it definitely.

I find this is the most useful module for my business. When installing this extension, I had some unwanted troubles of uploading files. I believed that it would keep crashing that time.
